Dr. Nicole Cutts is a success coach, licensed clinical psychologist, TV and radio commentator, yogi, artist and author of the heroine’s quest fiction series “The Adventures of Isabelle”  Nicole empowers individuals to find their life’s work and unleash their true potential. Whether you are contemplating a career change, but feel like ‘fear’ has your number on speed-dial, or charged with delivering a keynote address, but find anxiety getting the best of you; or you’ve finally accepted that your passions lie elsewhere and can no longer ignore the signs, Nicole can guide you through this transition. For over 20 years Nicole has been inspiring and empowering people to achieve a more balanced and successful lifestyle. And, as a master facilitator, executive coach, and keynote speaker, Nicole has consulted with and trained executives, managers, and teams at Fortune 500 Companies, Federal Government Agencies, and Non-Profit Organizations.

She has appeared on BET’s The Center, The British Broadcasting Corporation, The Steve Harvey Morning Show, The Daily Drum, Roland S. Martin’s Urban Business Roundtable and various radio and TV programs. She was a featured writer on the Walter Kaitz Foundation website and has been a contributing writer for Identity Television, The Next Level, and The Diversity Channel. Her writings on Corporate Wellness, Success Coaching, and Diversity have appeared on several business websites, and she has been quoted in national publications about issues pertaining to success in the Washington Post, Success MagazineBlack Enterprise, Ebony and Heart & Soul.

Nicole was named Entrepreneur of the Year by the National Black MBA Association DC Chapter (2011) and DC’s Top 10 Enterprising Women by Tagg Magazine (2015).

When she speaks to people about following their dreams and “living from the inside out” she is drawing on her experience, also having forged a career as an artist, whose work has been exhibited and commissioned widely and featured in national magazines. View Nicole’s artwork.

Nicole’s Purpose

To be a living example that FIRST we can be successful while having compassion for ourselves, others, and the world, and SECOND that one can live a life of abundance only so far as one brings real and meaningful substance to others.

Dr. Cutts received her Ph.D. in Multicultural Community Clinical Psychology from the California School of Professional Psychology, Los Angeles and her Executive Coach Certification from the Center For Executive Coaching. She also holds a B.S. in Psychology from Howard University in Washington, D.C.
