As a licensed clinical psychologist, success coach and certified executive coach, Dr. Nicole Cutts helps her clients take a unique approach to clarifying, achieving and sustaining their Vision of Success.  She can also help you uncover and eliminate blocks that may be hindering achievement or true joy. Through individual and group coaching, clients can identify and clarify their Vision of Success for their life’s work and ultimately achieve this Vision. Additionally, Nicole draws on her experience as an organizational consultant, where she coaches high-level executives in private, governmental and non-profit organizations. Crystal Laser “SuccessDoc on Call” Coaching Package

(3 month minimum)

Two full hours of individual coaching per month via video conferencing when YOU need it most. Think of it as your SuccessDoc on call. Just ‘beep’ the SuccessDoc, and she’ll return your call within the hour* to coach you through whatever issue or challenge you’re facing. This option works best for individuals who are in transition and seeking support as they chart the unknown or individuals whose best work happens on the fly! This approach produces insight quickly to help remove blocks around a specific issue or challenge.

*Barring unforeseen circumstances such as the SuccessDoc not having online/telephone access or on another assignment

Monthly Coaching Includes:

• Complimentary 30 min ‘test the waters’ phone consultation
• Coaching Sessions – Up to 2 full hours of coaching via video conference ‘on demand’**
• Emails/texts – weekly email or text communication (depending on client preference)

**You can break up your calls in various increments of time, but unused minutes do not roll over to the next month, so use them or lose them! Coaching sessions may take place in person for an additional fee. 10% discount when you pay 3 months in advance.
